Double-seat valves

Contamination-free separation

Guth double-seat valves are the first choice to safely separate in automatic process equipment, which does not belong together.

In accordance with EHEDG developed criteria, our double-seat valves are among the most modern, leak-proof valves on the market. Two independently controllable valve plates with non-pressurised leakage discharge prevent incompatible media from mixing. Product rearward migrations of the valve disk seals are excluded. If a leak occurs contrary to expectations, the medium flows out through the leakage gap without pressure.

Split valve plates for maximum safety.

By raising the upper or lower valve plate, the leakage chamber of the valve can be cleaned simply.

Everything under control thanks to comprehensive automation options: from sensor monitoring through PLC, ASi-BUS or IO-Link  Control head to emergency-stop function and valve position display. An ATEX version is even available for  gas and dust areas (Zones 1/21 and 2/22).

Another plus point is the low operating costs, service costs and maintenance costs.

• Leakage-free opening

• Long seal life

• Pressure shock resistant

• Optimal cleaning functions

• Control heads optionally PLC, ASi-Bus, IO-Link emergency function, feedback, ATEX

• Safe product separation

• Extensive automation possibilities

• Sealing materials EPDM, HNBR, FKM, silicone
